Public Offer

1. Terms and definitions

• 1.1. The Seller — DUNE COFFEE LLC, TIN 310550545, location: Tashkent, Yangihayot district, Fayzli MFY, 107 Rayhon street (territory of the «Sergeli industrial park» small industrial zone, Block N7, No. 1018).
• 1.2. The Buyer — a legally capable natural or legal person who has accepted this offer.
• 1.3. The Goods — freshly roasted coffee, information about which is published on the Site.
• 1.4. The Site — the Seller's internet resource located at: dunecoffee.uz.
• 1.5. The Order — a request placed by the Buyer on the Site for the purchase and delivery of the Goods.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods into the ownership of the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods in the manner and on the terms provided for by this Agreement.

2.2. This document is a public offer in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On Electronic Commerce».

3. Procedure for concluding the agreement

3.1. The placement of the Goods on the Site is the Seller's offer to conclude a sale and purchase agreement on the terms set out in this Agreement.

3.2. Full and unconditional acceptance of this offer is the placing of an Order by the Buyer on the Site and its payment.

3.3. The agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the funds are credited to the Seller's account (acceptance of the offer).

4. Rights and obligations of the parties

4.1. The Seller undertakes to: transfer Goods of proper quality to the Buyer; provide complete and accurate information about the Goods on the Site; deliver the Goods in accordance with the terms established on the Site.

4.2. The Buyer undertakes to: pay for the Goods and the delivery services in full and within the time limits specified when the Order is placed; provide accurate data for the placement and delivery of the Order.

4.3. The Seller has the right to amend the Agreement unilaterally, notifying Buyers of this by publishing the new version on the Site.

5. Payment procedure and prices

5.1. Prices for the Goods are stated in Uzbek soum and include all taxes.

5.2. Payment for the Goods is made by cashless means through the payment systems specified on the Site, or in cash upon receipt (if such an option is available).

5.3. The moment of payment is deemed to be the crediting of the funds to the Seller's settlement account or their receipt by an authorised representative.

6. Delivery terms

6.1. The Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer in the Order.

6.2. The terms, deadlines and cost of delivery are specified when the Order is placed. The Seller undertakes to observe the agreed delivery deadlines.

6.3. Ownership of the Goods passes to the Buyer at the moment of the actual transfer of the Goods.

7. Return of the Goods

7.1. Goods of proper quality (coffee beans) are not subject to exchange or return, as they are a food product. In the event of defects related to a breach of the integrity of the packaging or to manufacturing faults, the return is carried out in accordance with the Law «On Protection of Consumer Rights».

7.2. Claims regarding the quality of the Goods are accepted within 3 (three) calendar days from the moment the Order is received.

8. Final provisions

8.1. In all matters not regulated by this Agreement, the parties are governed by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

8.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and where that is not possible — in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
