Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) applies to all information that DUNE COFFEE LLC (hereinafter — the Seller) may obtain about the Buyer during the use of the Site.

1.2. Use of the Site constitutes the Buyer's unconditional consent to this Policy.

1.3. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On Personal Data» and the Law «On Electronic Commerce».

2. What data we collect

2.1. In order to process an Order, the Seller collects the following personal data of the Buyer:

• Surname, first name, patronymic (if any);
• Contact phone number;
• E-mail address;
• Delivery address of the goods.

2.2. The Site may also automatically collect technical information, such as the IP address and browser data.

3. How we use your data

3.1. The Buyer's personal data is used for the purposes of:

• processing and delivering Orders;
• contacting the Buyer on matters relating to the fulfilment of the Order;
• improving the quality of service and the operation of the Site.

4. Protection and transfer of data

4.1. The Seller undertakes not to transfer the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except where this is necessary for the fulfilment of the Order (for example, to the delivery service or to payment systems), or where this is expressly provided for by law.

4.2. The Seller takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access.

5. Consent and amendments to the Policy

5.1. The Buyer gives consent to the processing of personal data at the moment an Order is placed on the Site.

5.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend this Policy. The new version comes into force from the moment it is published on the Site.
